For all cancellations, a cancellation fee of CHF 50 applies.
For cancellations made until 14 days before the first course day, 100% (minus cancellation fee) will be refunded.
For cancellations made less than 14 days before the first course day, the course fee cannot be refunded.
For cancellations due to illness or accident, the course fee (minus cancellation fee) is refunded. A doctor's note must be provided.

Price reduction for students at the University of Bern
Students at the University of Bern can apply for a price reduction for our GCP courses. Please write an email to ctu-training.dcr@unibe.ch with proof of your student status and an explanation why you (or your supervisor) are not able to pay the full course fee.

Yes, our GCP courses and GCP refreshers are officially recognized by swissethics.
The "Clinical Investigators I: Basic GCP & clinical research training" course is recognized for the investigator level.
The "Clinical Investigators II: Advanced GCP & clinical research training" course is recognized for the sponsor-investigator level.
